Shipping in the town of Rhodes
The delivery of the products takes place within two (2) working days after your order has been received. Once your order is ready to be delivered you will be informed relatively through e-mail.
You have the option to collect your order from the counter of our pharmacy simply by giving your name. You can find our pharmacy open every day throughout the week (except Sunday) from 08:00 – 21:00, in the Old Town of Rhodes (4 Ippokratous Square). Besides using credit card on our e-shop, you can choose as paying method paying with cash direct on the counter of our pharmacy at the time of collecting your order or a single transaction to the Bank account.
In case you wish to have your order delivered, you just need to point the preferred address of delivery with the submission of your order. Our personnel will get in contact with you in order to determine the exact preferable time that the delivery will take place. Delivery is free of charge or any other kind of shipping cost for the purchase of any kind of product delivery in the town of Rhodes.
Shipping to other cities of Greece and Rhodes
The delivery of the products is carried out from the delivery company ELTA within four (4) working days after your order has been received. The cost of delivery amounts from 1,50 €- 2,50 €, depending on the kilograms (1-5kg)
Shipping to Cyprus
The cost of delivery amounts from 8,40 €- 24,00 €, depending on the kilograms (0,5-2kg)
The delivery of the products takes place within 4-6 working days after your order has been taken, depending on the postal code of the receiver. Shipping cost amounts to 16,50 € ( Registered mail/package) for the delivery of products that weigh up to 2Kg (4,4 pounds-lbs).
In case that the total weight of the products to be delivered exceeds 2 kg (4,4 pounds-lbs) or if the volume of the products exceeds the volume of our biggest delivery package, we will contact with you in order to inform you relatively about the exact shipping cost.
Once the procedure of processing your order is link completed, you will be sent a consignment number that will enable you to be constantly informed about the status of the delivery of your order, the whereabouts of your delivery package, as well as the exact shipping time.
For shipments abroad (E.U.)
The cost of delivery amounts from 8,40 €- 24,00 €, depending on the kilograms (0,5-2kg)
The delivery of the products is carried out from the delivery company ELTA within 4-6 working days after your order has been taken, according to the postal code of the receiver. All orders are received, processed and delivered only on working days.
Shipping cost amounts to 24,00 € ( Registered mail/package) for the delivery of products that weigh up to 2 Kg (4,4 pounds-lbs) and have dimensions that allow them to fit into the biggest of all the delivery packages we use.
In case that the total weight of the products to be delivered exceeds 2 kg (4,4 pounds-lbs) or if the volume of the products exceeds the volume of our biggest delivery package, we will contact with you in order to inform you relatively about the exact shipping cost.
